You must first go fill out the informal registration form so that a special Event Code (tied to your name) can be sent to the email address you provide. You will need this code to obtain the Busa Stampede group discount rate.
Do not make reservations online or by the generic Peppermill toll-free number, as these systems are not tied to our group discount rate. Check this web site around mid-Nov for specific reservation directions.
Once these directions are published, don't delay making your reservations, as our block of rooms will undoubtedly fill up quickly.
